10 Sec. hold – 10 reps – 2x a day (for 2 weeks)
10 Sec. hold – 20 reps – 2x a day (for 2 weeks)
30 Sec. hold – 5 reps – 2x a day (for 2 weeks)
45 Sec. hold – 5 reps – 2x a day (for 2 weeks)
1 min. Hold – 5 reps – 2x a day (until next x-ray)
