Suggestions To Follow If You Have A Viral Infection

These  are VITAL supplements for building a healthy immune system during and after a viral infection.

  • Vitamin C 3,000 mg 3 times per day for 2 days then 2,000 three times per day for 30 days. You can take 500-1000 mg less if you develop loose stools. Drink a lot of water.
  • Zinc 100 mg for 10 days then 50 mg for 20 days (also suggest take copper or multivitamin)
  • Inflamedix (Quercetin) 500 mg twice a day for 30 days take with Zinc & C. 
  • Vitamin D3 50,000 iu a day for 2 days, then 10,000 iu a day for the next 30 days
  • NAC N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg / 3-4 times per day for 1 week, then 2 a day for 30 days, helps with the produce glutathione and will improve breathing 
  • Melatonin 10 mg at night for 30 days (will lower inflammation in the body, very important to take)
  • 50 Billion Probiotics any brand you have available (suggestions below) Please eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, kefir, miso, kimchi, and/or take probiotics.

Suggestions that will help lower the amount of virus in your body: 

 

  • Hydrogen Peroxide ORAL solution 3% 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water, gargle/rinse for 60 seconds, spit. Swallow the rest in cup. Three times a day for one week. OR Listerine: rinse/gargle three times a day for one week. 
  • Steam: shower or focused steam inhalation with a pot of water for 5 minutes 3-4 times per day for the first 7 days.
