Steve Jobs’ Garage
While these may not be an official tour, but you can surely take a drive to see where Steve Job’s began his Apple business in his garage in the mid-1970’s. This house is now considered a historic landmark as of 2013.
The garage where Steve Jobs’ and Steve Wozniak started a little business by the name Apple was started in this garage. The garage only served a small purpose, as there was no actual manufacturing or designing in there, but served as a home base or headquarters of sorts to feel as sense of home when they were just starting out with no money.
Not only was this garage the beginning of Apple, this was also Steve Jobs’ childhood home. Although being his old stomping grounds, there are people who do reside in the historical landmark, Steve Jobs’ stepmother, Marilyn Jobs, she is also the owner listed as the Jobs Trust.
Since the home is occupied by his step mother, tours inside the home are unavailable. However, drive-by or pit stops are welcome to view the outside of the infamous historical landmark.
