Exercise: 60’s

Sitting in a chair, place a wobble cushion or pillow between your knees. Lock your fingers behind your head, lifting your chest and head upwards. Pinch your shoulder blades together while squeezing the cushion with your knees. (continue squeezing for the duration of the exercise). Raise your heals up and down 60 times.
